Kelly was raised in Lake Dallas, Texas and graduated from Lake Dallas High School in 1998. She then moved to Denton where she has been a resident for 26 years. Kelly began her journey in Property Management in 2013 and received her CAM in 2018 through AAGD. She is experienced in multifamily and single family housing.
Kelly joined the Josh White Properties team in 2022 as an office manager. She is a hard worker and a people person. Kelly strives to maintain a positive relationship with her residents and coworkers.

When she’s not working, Kelly spends her time outdoors or relaxing with her family. She is a self-proclaimed country girl who likes to ride dirt bikes, enjoy nature and work in the yard. She’s got quite the squad with her husband Michael and their 7 chickens, 3 cockatiels, 1 dog and an 18 year old daughter.

Christy came to Josh White Properties in 2024 as the Leasing Manager after 20 plus years of managing her home, teaching and running her own business. She has helped her children start their own businesses in dog grooming, baking and now home cleaning.
Christy loves helping others succeed! Her desire is to help facilitate a successful leasing experience for all tenants.
