Chris Shiner a real estate agent as well as our Maintenance Supervisor. Chris grew up locally, in Highland Village and currently resides on Lake Lewisville with his 3 kids in Highland Shores. He is a '96 graduate of Flower Mound Marcus High School with a degree in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle University in Florida. He was a commercial airline pilot for 6 years and also owned and operated two businesses in Denton for 15 years. He has been involved in construction and real estate since 2012. Chris joined Josh White Properties in 2021 and is a licensed agent as well as a property manager. Chris is involved in day to day operations for Josh White Properties. His background in business ownership, logistics, construction, real estate ownership and management provide him with a wide array of experience as an agent and property manager.

Ivoina Davis is our Apartment Manager at Santa Barbara Gardens Apartments in Ft. Worth, Texas. She has been working in property management for over 10 years. She was born and raised in San Diego, California, where she received her degree in Business Administration. Ivonia and her family moved to Fort Worth in 2007. She is a humanitarian, with a strong spiritual background.
During Ivonia’s years in property management, she has provided services in different ways to the community. She enjoys volunteering to help build houses with Habitat For Humanity. She has also spent many years working within the court system concerning evictions. Her goal is to provide tenants with a healthy and safe environment to live.

Christine is a married mother of two, with one grandson, and a host mom to 17 international students, and counting. She loves art of all mediums, traveling, and helping others. Christine grew up in San Antonio, Texas and graduated with a Visual Art Studies degree from the University of North Texas. She and her family reside in Denton, Texas where she is the Regional Coordinator for EF High School Exchange Year students and families and now a property manager with Josh White Properties.
